This month, let’s explore Right Effort in our yoga practice.

My approach to teaching yoga empowers students to modify poses to honor the body they inhabit today, while encouraging exploration of what’s possible through appropriate challenges. My goal is to help students deepen their practice with curiosity, respect, and self-compassion.

My Hatha Flow class is suitable for all levels of experience. Starting with an opportunity to center oneself in the studio and one’s body, this sequence goes from gentle warm up poses, builds toward challenges to balance and strength, and ends with a reconnection to the earth and self.
